Add “(optional)” to field titles

Goedemorgen Nick,

Bedankt voor de mooie- en geweldige plugin.

I have one question about the text fields you can add through the settingspage.
For example: I want those who donate to have the option to add their name and emailadress. In the settings i can choose active or required.

I choose active, but i want the text “optional” behind the fieldtitle. How can i manage that please?
