    We are sorry that you have faced this issue. Actually, we had such kind of problem a month ago but with the latest update, we have fixed it. If you are using the Free version of the Video Gallery plugin, please update it and check if the problem still exists or not. If you are using the commercial version of the plugin then please, contact us via this page: https://huge-it.com/contact-us/ and we will send you the latest version of the Video Gallery plugin.
