    I am receiving the message below and I have no idea why. I installed a few plug-ins but have since deactivated them. Can anyone help?

    “problem loading page

    Content Encoding Error
    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem”.

  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Esmi, i reset the plugins folder. It is actually working better now. Thank you for your help.
