• Since changing the theme of my web page (www.fotografinchen.de) to Pictorico google doesn’t any longer show the content of my posts.

Before the switch to Pictorico the content and key-words of the last post showed up on google around two days after the post.

Did I miss anything important during the installation? Or is there anything special to consider during posting a new posts?

Thanks for any advice or help.

PS: The switch is 6 weeks old – there was plenty of time for google to “grab” the information

A simple theme switch doesn’t normally affect search-engine spider frequency – have you checked your Google Webmaster Tools reports to see what information it provides? (Assuming you have Google Analytics set up.)

Also, this isn’t a theme-related issue, but I’d suggest you add a robots.txt file to your site – there’s none right now:

Tanks for your advice. I use Google Analytics an will check out the informations there.

You right, I dont have a robots.txt, but I use the plugin WP Robots Txt and thought so far it is sufficient.

    Is it not?

I’m not familiar with that plugin, but there’s no robots.txt file on your site currently. Whatever that plugin is for, I’m not sure it can work if there’s no robots.txt file for it to use.
