Content doesnt appear on the category pages, but does on the indiv post.

    The plugin I am using is Viper Quicktags for the Youtube shortcodes

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I guess he got it resolved as I see videos on the homepage.

    Got round it by disabling the photos plugin which as you suggested. No word back from that plugin author though, so yes tech its sorted, but I have lost a paid plugin.
