Content disappearing while editing

    I’m using Organic Builder Widgets to customize my site.

    When using a widget like Organic Feature List it will allow me to instert 1 file, then, when I go to instert a second or third it will clear all my progress.

    I have attempted to publish after the first file and it will save it, but when I go back to enter a second file, it clears my progress, including the already published file.

    I effectively cannot add files to my site anymore.

    Update: It seems to be localized to a single page.

    using Chrome, no other instances open, up to date, free version, cleared cache….

    Hi @altrusacom,

    This is a known issue when using the Feature List widget. We have pushed updates to resolve the issue as much as possible.

    However, it really boils down to your hosting provider, and any CPU and memory caps they have set on your server. I would recommend talking to your host to increase the memory limits on your server, or possibly consider upgrading your plan or moving to a new host.

    As a follow-up, we’ve pushed an update to hopefully improve the performance of the Feature List widget javascript. I’m marking this issue as resolved.
