- Plugin Conflict Check: To ensure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin, deactivate all plugins except for Tutor LMS and see if the issue persists. If the content no longer disappears, reactivate each plugin one at a time to identify any potential conflicts.
- Error Logs: If the issue continues, check your website’s error logs for any warnings or errors related to Tutor LMS. You can often find these logs within your hosting control panel.
