In my latest builds iThemes Security has been a major part of site development. However, since converting from Better WP Security to iThemes Security I have constantly come across an issue with changing the content directory. In short, my solution was to handle this part of security manually.
I know searching Google for a solution can be a hassle. Here is a link that saved me from stress and broken links.
