• Good Day Everyone, I trust this day finds you well.

    I am having an irritating issue. I am not sure if this is the builders or WordPress itself.
    I tried with Elementor and with Divi with the same results.
    I am using 3 1080p monitors to design websites on. After I let the client view,
    There’s usually feedback about content that the website cuts off part of the content.
    This happens to anything lower than 1080p Most laptops here range is about 1366×768 or 720p (mostly work laptops). Is there any way to fix the scaling issue? If I build it on a lower resolution, 1080p will display incorrectly.

    Kind Regards: Pierré

  • The content cutoff issue is likely due to responsive design settings. Both Elementor and Divi have tools to adjust content for different screen resolutions. Make sure to use percentage-based widths or responsive settings for sections, and check how content appears on smaller devices using their built-in preview modes. You may also need to set custom breakpoints for laptops with lower resolutions like 1366×768 to ensure proper scaling across all devices.

    The white container with “Weddings / Family Reunions / …” has a fixed height: 897px; max-height: 1000px; which messes up when the four columns switches to two or one column on smaller screens.
    Same problem for the container with “Birthday Partys / Corporate Functions / Baby Showers” – height: 860px; max-height: 1000px;
    Remove that height/max-height settings.

    To solve the responsive positioning of the “Read more” buttons and still have them at the same vertical position at the end of the columns see https://diviextended.com/equalize-column-heights-in-divi/

    Good Day. Thank You. I am relatively new to Divi as we only recently changed our builder.
    Thank You for the advice. We usually use css to equal height, Did not do it here though as it was a custom design and I didn’t think it would make a difference.
