    I use Content Control in two WEB sites and in one site it no longer works because the plugin update was done automatically, i.e. version 2.1 and my version of WordPress is 6.14 and I read that the version of WordPress must be newer.
    Is it possible to install an older version of Content Control, 1.19, which works with my other site.
    So how to install a version of 1.19 of Content Control.

    Hi @rpoulin80,

    If updating to a new version of WordPress isn’t an option at the moment, you may opt to revert to an older version of our Content Control by using something like WP Rollback.

    Please note that we won’t be able to provide support for the older version anymore since it’s outdated.

    @rpoulin80 – You should be safe to update anyways. We are only officially supporting the last 3 major versions, but I suspect it should still work fine on 6.0+.

    I might have to add some filter or constant that forces it to activate on those versions if you can’t get it to just work on your version, our code may be triggering it to not initiate due to the low version, which was an unintended consequence and we may be able to address it.

    We want to start limiting our support for older stuff, but not necessarily require the new stuff to run it if its not needed.

    I understand because the plugins were automatically updated to the latest version. I just installed 2.0.12 to see if it works. My WordPress version is 6.1.14

    Hi,

    Just a word to inform you that even if I install a fairly recent version like 2.0.10, the system automatically installs the latest version 2.1 every day and the module does not work with my version. I don’t even see it in the settings.

    I’have update my version of WordPress and everthing is OK
