Content Card img as a Thumbnail

  • Hi, and thanks for this very useful plugin.

    It’s possible to use the Content Card img as a Thumbnail in the index page?
    I have a plugin that select automatically the first image of the post as a thumbnail, but in this case, not work.
    So, I tryed to call the Content Card image directly from the post to my index page without results.

    Any help will be welcome.
