content boxes not registering until save

    Hi I am debating about buying the developers version but i have encountered an issue. Over all the plugin is great and i do have it working on another site with the same theme. I can add columns without any issues but when i drag over a text or image box they don’t show up until after i publish and then reopen the page builder. I deactivated all the plugins already and the issue continued. I tried dragging over the text box again, but then when i reopen the page i have multiple boxes. Any ideas? Know issues?

    The site is password protected so i can’t send you link but can send you login information.
    The wordpress version is: 4.2.2
    Theme: Weaver Pro
    Beaver: 1.5.6

    Hi Kendra,

    I did some testing and it looks like the issue is with a file that was left over from WP Super Cache when you had that installed. The file is called a “drop-in” and has to be deleted manually via FTP. You’ll find that file under wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    Once you remove that (or reinstall WPSC) the issue should go away. I’ve already submitted a support ticket with them in hopes of getting this issue resolved.

    Let me know if that doesn’t help. I’ve seen this before, so I’m pretty sure it should.
