Content blocks stop displaying

I have been using the Boxer Pro 3.0.0 for a while and it has become an integral part of our web design. Suddenly I have been experiencing an odd occurrence. Some, not all, of my content boxes, will not display on the page in which they are inserted. The boxes still exist on the site, they just do not appear in the browser. I have tried creating into a new box and inserting the content again, and it seems that I can insert the content into the box up to a certain point, then when I get to a certain point, adding any additional text in the box causes the box to not display. Then when I remove the additional text, the block displays again. I have checked for coding errors, and the text that I am putting into the box displays fine in a regular web page, so I am certain that there is not a coding issue causing the issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I have not added any new plugins, so I am not thinking that it is a plugin conflict. Thank you.
