    Hi there,

first of all thank you very very much for this plugin and all the work you are putting into it!

I just installed this on a website but it looks like the content is not getting blocked. All the YouTube-Videos and Google-Maps are normally showing even when I deny the acceptance of cookies.

Could you help me out here please?

    Cheers

    Hi @swingjac,

I assume both Google Maps and YouTube are enabled as service under Integrations?

Could you show me a page with a YouTube video? And please tell me how both are added to your website. If both are with a specific plugin, it might need some customization.

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

wow what a quick answer. Thank you!

Yes both are enabled under Integrations.

Here is a page with some Videos when you scroll down.

The site is build with Elementor and I’m using ACF to get the YouTube-Links in to the widgets.

For Google-Maps I use the plugin Dynamic Content for Elementor.

I’m also using Siteground as a host and use there Caching-System. Do you think the caching could interfere with your plugin?

    Cheers

    Hi @swingjac,

Most likely due to the dynamic injections, could you disable all integrations except YouTube and Google Maps, and go from there?

    regards Aert

    Hello,

it looks like I have a similar problem. I am not able to configure the plugin to block google and youtube cookies. My website https://oknoplast-fr.ivn-works.com/.

After loading the page, I can see youtube and google cookies in use and selecting only functional or marketing cookies does not change anything.

Can you give me advice what may be the issue here?

    Hi @mkeyy,

Please disable reCaptcha and try again. Could you also open a new thread, these are most likely different issues, depending on your website and configuration. Thanks, regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

it looks like the problem was another plugin I’m using to show the content on my page. So using the standard widgets from Elementor the content gets blocked as it is supposed to be.

    Thank you for your help!

    Cheers
