Content before gPay / Apple pay request button

    we are selling subscriptions, so using the G Pay button will trigger an alert stating that customer needs to login the wp site before checking out.

    We want to insert a html notice just before the request wrapper if it is set to load in.

    Is there a hook or method we can use to insert content just before the gpay / apple pay buttons?

    For now we are using an function to insert the notice below the coupon section if a subscription product is in cart, but would like to target the request wrapper more directly.
