content based on users Latitude and Longitude

I want the page content to automatically update as they walk from one area to the next.

I need a plugin that detects their Latitude and Longitude co-ordinates and displays specific content based on these co-ordinates. (NOT their IP address )

For example, if user’s location is ‘place A’, the page will display
MY information about place A (Not pulled in from Google or anywhere)
then the user could walk to place B (100 meters away) and the image and text changes
to something about place B.

What plug in does this? Most I have tried are based on IP address (which is not precise enough for me)

There are some pretty good GeoIP plugins, but most use the users IP address, not their GPS, as you said. Honestly, I am not sure if there are any that would do that.
