content based on users Latitude and Longitude

I want the page content to automatically update as they walk from one area to the next.

I need a plugin that detects their Latitude and Longitude co-ordinates and displays specific content based on these co-ordinates. (NOT their IP address )

For example, if user’s location is ‘place A’, the page will display
MY information about place A (Not pulled in from Google or anywhere)
then the user could walk to place B (100 meters away) and the image and text changes
to something about place B.

What plug in does this? Most I have tried are based on IP address (which is not precise enough for me)
