I’m evaluating ARMember for my membership platform, and I’ve really enjoyed it so far, but I’ve run into a big issue.

From the Content Access Rules page, I use the toggle and check boxes to restrict access to a membership level. I then click “Update Rules” and get a confirmation message saying the settings were saved.

When I refresh the page, all the settings are back to default and none of my changes are actually saved.

I deactivated all of my plugins and switched to the default theme and tried again. I also tried on another computer and on my Android phone. The result was the same.

ARMember Lite – Membership Plugin: Version 4.0.26
    WordPress – Version 6.4.3

Please advise. Is this a known issue that will be resolved? Is there a workaround? Thank you!

This turned out to be a conflict with Object Caching (I use Docket Cache). As a workaround, I am able to disable object caching via Docket Cache, change my rules in ARMember, and then enable object caching again.
