    Good day,
We want to convert our shop so that we can use DHL shipment tracking.
With some order configurations, the division of the goods into individual shipments does not work.
If the order consists of individual product items or product quantities, the system reliably distributes the goods to different shipments (up to 20 kg).
However, we have products that consist of three buckets of 20 kg each (packages at a special price); the system cannot divide these and responds with “The weight specification is too high.”
(here we should have a button to switch from automatic to manual that we can click three times and create three shows.)
If three individual buckets of 20 kg each are ordered, the system dutifully spits out three individual shipments.
Can you suggest how we handle this case?

    I found a solution:

The system needs three items to generate three shipments.
Ok, I’ll give the system three positions.

For this I created a dummy product “Shipping unit” and set the visibility to private (so that it is not visible in the shop).

Now I can click on “Add order items” in order and specify the required number of “shipping units”.

Now I can create the required number of shipments below for shipments, including weight information etc.
