Hello, I managed to find the setting to get the hamburger button on the left, but the container is still on the right.

How do I also have the container on the left?

Note: We aren’t using the desktop menu – just the hamburger menu.

I’m using v Version 3.1.14 due to a plugin conflict I haven’t yet discovered, but plan to upgrade as soon as we possibly can.

    It’s not live yet –
Since we don’t want it showing up in Google before it’s approved, below is temporary access.

I’ll just remove this after you take a look.

As you can see, the button is on the left, but I can’t see where to position the menu itself on the left, in this particular version. If there isn’t any such setting, hopefully some quick and easy css will position it.

    Hi @webworks

Can you please share screenshots of your configuration as I did not face such issue on our side.

For screenshots I recommend uploading to https://snipboard.io/ and share the link to that screenshot.

(I have them here so I can remove them later.)

    Hi @webworks

Thank you for sharing screenshots. Basically, this issue was fixed in the latest plugin update. I recommend you to please update the plugin to their latest version and then check. If you could reactivate the link again and share it. Right now I am not able to access your link. I can check with the custom CSS code. Hope we can resolve it by custom CSS code.

Hello, yes it’s under client review, and I had to change the password.

You should be able to access both of these links
    https://apartmentsinmiramar.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Capture.jpg
    https://smmbrainstorming.com/~miramar/menu/

…and for the website, can you reply with your IP address (which I can allow), or an email address I can send it to you privately? (Or any other private method you prefer)
Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi Kay,

As I can see you submitted your issues on our official support channel, so we can take it up there.

    As per forum guidelines

For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.
In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.

    Regards,
    sumit
