Container link – open in new tab missing

    Hi there, I found this topic with a screencast in which the Container link tag comes with the ‘open in new tab’ option. It doesn’t look like that option exists anymore. Is this intentional? Is there an easy way to get the same functionality without this button?

    I tried looking through Changelog, but couldn’t see it mentioned specifically, though I’ve seen there were some issues with the Container link in the past.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    The link option for the container is still available. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Spectra and cleared all the caches. Apart from this, please also check by turning off all the plugins.

    Sorry about that. Turns out it was Spectra Pro plugin that caused this. I don’t need it so have removed it now and it’s working fine now.

    I checked with Spectra Pro and it is also working fine with it. I would recommend you open a support ticket if you want to use it with Spectra Pro.

    Same problem on my website. When disabling the Spectra pro, I could enable the “new window” option. Turning the pro plugin back on afterwards and the option is gone again (although the url still opens in a new window)
