• Hey,
on my GTM setting plugin page the container code setting is set to “OFF” somehow and when i set it to ON again and save i will find it on OFF again when i refresh the page.

How can i fix it? It appears that, due to this, i can’t have any statistics because nothing is traced as a consequence of this issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Have you set the compatibility mode to “Off”?

Is there any update on this, what can i check to see where the problem is?

    Hi @horizont,

We just found your thread after posting that we have the same problem on some of our sites. The solution we found was to deactivate the plugin, desinstall it and reinstall it. After reinstallation everything works as expected.

    Hope that helps.

    Best regards from Spain.

Can’t thank you enough, it was actually quite easy it seems. I would have never thought about this.
It seems it fixed it for me too. I am happy and quite baffled at the same time ??
What was the cause of the problem is still unknown and I don’t quite like it eheh
    Thank you!

    Hi Everyone,

I am really sorry to read your reports.

I also do manage some WP sites and ’til now I never encountered this behavior. That does not mean you lie of course ?? but until I can not reproduce it, it is very hard to give a solution.
