Please go to -> Countdown Timer (admin menu) -> add/edit timer and check wp countdown timer setting. Have you set the expiry date after current date ? please check . and then if it dosen’t appear please try to check it with wordpress default theme.

I ran the test with a standard WordPress theme and it worked.
Could you tell me the incompatibility of my theme?

For Proper result of any Plugin, theme should be based on proper HTML structure. theme was not created with standard HTML Structure .
