Contacts Not Importing

I’m getting the emails showing a confirmation that the plugin captured a new email address but when I log into Constant Contact I’m not seeing any of the email addresses in any of my lists nor by searching for them. Any ideas as to why?

Can you visit the Settings page in our admin menu area, click the Support tab, and then enable the debugging option? That should reveal a new menu item that houses debug logs that hopefully have some leads for what’s going on. Just paste the content, if there is any, over to us and we can review.

From the looks of things, the list you have associated with the form in question has been deleted, but the settings for the form aren’t aware of that detail, so it’s still trying to send to it.
Have you or someone else with account access done some list management recently, including possibly deleting some lists?
Originally, it wasn’t set to a list, however, it is now. The problem is, there’s tons of email addresses that originally subscribed to our newsletter and because no list was selected, they never got added to anything. I’m trying to figure out how to find the list of all those email addresses that subscribed so I can import them into Constant Contact by hand. Any ideas where the list would be?
Only place that I know of to retrieve the signed up emails, if coming from a created form with our WP plugin, is going to be the email notifications of new signups. We don’t log them within your dashboard like you may be familiar with, with something like GravityForms.
Yes I can see all the email notifications of the new signups, problem is they are going to my gmail account and I need an easy way to extract all the emails and just grab those email addresses but I haven’t found an easy way to do that ??
Well at least they’re still captured and we have that much info, though I can definitely see how that’d be potential proverbial grunt work to get extracted out, especially if there are a lot of them like 50+
Hello. I am getting this same problem.
I’ve setup the debug feature and nothing is showing up from it. I’m getting the email notifications but nothing is feeding into the list on Constant Contact. I’ve added google captcha thinking that was the problem but has not fixed it.@designbug1234 if you have a link to the site where we can see the form, we can give a test submission to help ensure that someone is submitting to it and see what comes of it.
After lots of testing, I decided to not use this plugin and use the Constant Contact extension on Gravity Forms instead.
