Contacts not being added to Subscriber List

Dear Michael,
We have installed and configured your plugin on our wordpress site for a simple subscribe to newsletter form which takes three fields – first name, last name and email address and is supposed to add it to a specific subscriber list on CC.

The plugin has been set up correctly (verified by support at CC) and it is pulling all the lists from CC in the control panel. We have specified the list that we want the emails dropped to but for some reason the list is not receiving the contacts and the count is 0 although we are receiving the welcome emails for all users signing up via CC. The site was launched last week so it is not a delay issue but something else that is going on.
