    Just trying to work out why some new contacts are not being automatically added to our contact list when they submit an enquiry. We’ve done many tests from different addresses which all worked successfully, but every now and again a new enquiry will come through, but their details won’t get added to the list. I’ve gone through to make sure they haven’t emailed us previously from the same location or email address and that doesn’t seem to be the case. Any idea what could be happening? Thanks for any assistance.

    Thanks for opening this issue with us. I can verify that the submissions are being made for your forms on our end but certain submissions are not getting any contact associations. I’ve raised this issue with the relevant team and will let you know once I hear something from them.

    Based on our internal investigations, I can see that these contacts were created after form submission but they were bulk-deleted by a user with the email: [email protected]
    When I did some test submissions with your form, I could see contacts being created. Maybe you can check on your end if someone deleted these old contacts by mistake.

    Thanks for looking into it. There were a few contacts that we deleted (mostly our test emails) but there were a couple that didn’t seem to arrive at all. I’ve linked one example below. We couldn’t find this one in the deleted folder or anywhere else. Are you able to confirm if this was one that was deleted?

    Apologies for the delay here, but this screenshot doesn’t give me enough information to verify whether this contact was deleted or not.
    Could you please share more details about this.
