Contacts in that over exceed send settings do not send

    Hi there,

    Really sorry for the late reply, we’ve been really busy.

    Just so we’re clear, when you say “as it used to”…do you mean, you’ve updated MailPoet recently and now it doesn’t work any longer?

    Are there any other changes that you’ve made that could’ve affected the send?

    Also, are you sure the 564 names on the list – are you sure there aren’t 4 that are unsubscribed/unconfirmed?
