Contacts form, not sending messages to my email address

    Hello,

    A web developer has made me a business site, on the bottom of which is a contact form where a client can enter their details and a message which then gets emailed to me.

    I have tried testing this form but I am not receiving any of the emails. The web developer has not been any help and has gone quiet after saying it must be a problem with my email account, but I have been emailing fine all day, so that is not the case.

    I am unfamiliar with word press (or any kind of web design), can anyone help me resolve my problem please?
