contacts disappear from website after updating

1/ What do you mean with “contacts”?
2/ What toolbar are you referring to? Do you have a screenshot for me?

It would help a lot if you have a URL of your shop for us.

Which pages though? In WordPress there’s no such thing as a “contact”, so you need to explain to me where you’re not seeing anything.

Neither of those screenshots URLs are working. So I still don’t really know what you’re talking about.

Hi @lee888 – a few questions:

• Do you still have your pages/products containing the right information in your backend? If so, then likely something in your template is overriding the default SF settings and not able to pull up the right information.
• If not, could you revert back to the previous version of SF? Does that solve things?

@lee888 – okay, then do you have custom PHP added to your site? And/or a child theme? Could you temporarily disable that?

I have disable the child theme normal team is enabled but I’m still having the same problem

when I am disabling the plug-in YITH WooCommerce Product Slider Carousel Premium pages/products information is available again on website with the storefront theme and storefront child theme but they are product missing from the WooCommerce Product category also the Storefront Powerpack causing big gaps between products

Okay, that indicates that it’s not a problem with Storefront or WooCommerce, but with the product slider of YITH. It’s best to contact them for help.

On your test site https://test.roohanimadad.co.uk/shop/ – could you disable the plugin there and then indicate which specific things are still a problem? E.g. which products are missing?
