    Hi Ultimatemember,

    (I created a new post because the other one is closed)
    Is it possible to creat a deferent formtype in your plugin?
    Because i wan’t to use a contactform on a contactpage of my website.

    At the moment i use it on a testwebsite by using the formtype: registration form.
    But is it possible to change the text in the bottum of the form to: Submit & Cancel?

    Or do you have a add-on that provide such a form?

    Hi @cobraeagle,

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a contact form option in the current version of the plugin, however, it is possible to change registration form button text.
    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Forms -> your registration form and on the right side of the page select “Apply custom settings to this form – Yes” and add your “Primary Button Text”
