    I have contacted you via your website three days ago but not had any reply so I thought it would be best to follow-up here.

    I have had a look at the Vik Booking plugin and the Vik Channel Manager plugin and also looked through the Channels you are offering.

    Our Group of companies is original from Denmark and the UK, but for the last 15 years, we have been located in Southeast Asia.

    We have the last months in several Southeast countries seen how bad the Covid-19 has hit the travel and tourism industry, including some of our clients, business partners, and friends.

    We have several clients, including hotels. We have, for the last two years, been working on a tourism destination project, and we have decided that a part of this project that we want to help SMEs back on track again. In selected destinations in Asia, we will support hotels and other travel and tourist businesses with a range of services, some free and some with a very low subscription.

    We are in the market for a channel and booking manager and found your plugins and channel manager on Google. We have one client who now wants a new booking and channel manager, and it is our idea to make this hotel a showcase for the roll-out of our tourism destination project.

    At this stage, it is impossible to start talking about how many hotels, holiday villas or apartments we will be able to get on board as clients. Still, somehow the travel and tourism industry will need to move forward, and many SMEs need help.

    Our client has 24 rooms and will need five channels and maybe the mobile app. One of them is Hotel.com; is this channel included under Expedia?

    I hope you will reply as I also have other questions, but they should be asked in an email between us or your contact form as they are commercial and not belong in this free plugin support forum.

    Hello Finn,

    Apologies for not getting back to you via our websites. From a quick look, we could not find any contacts from you in the last few days, but feel free to reach out to us again, we have a live-chat available as well as a contact form on each of our websites, on the marketplace for the WordPress plugins as well on our Channel Manager dedicated website for the e4jConnect service.

    We can confirm that Hotels.com is part of the Expedia Network, and so by subscribing to that channel you will also be able to sync availability, rates, restrictions and reservations in real-time through the plugins Vik Channel Manager and Vik Booking, which will be installed on your own WordPress website.
    The Expedia Network channel also offers connectivity for many others of their sub-sites, you can find a complete list on our website, but yes, that single channel is sufficient to connect to all their sites through real-time API connections.

    As you also suggested, it is probably better to keep talking through our websites, as this topic is probably not directly related to the free version of Vik Booking.
