Contact7 Form Error Message-Setup Issue

Hi WP.org,

Setup my ContactForm7 but cannot get it to send an email. Suspect it is in the setup. Here’s the error message:

“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.“

Have read a bunch/tried several things but it’s still not sending.
