Include a link to your CF7 form if possible. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

“span.wpcf7-list-item { display: block; }” added to custom CSS or CF7 plugin css doesnt work. I placed CF7 on both page and widget and they have the same problem. Also tried adding tags to the CF7 form (divs and <p>) but it doesnt work also.

Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to first understand and then change the CSS used for your CF7 form elements.
