Contact Us Page Problems – Can anyone help?

  • Hello All,

    My contact us page is linked to my email address, but weirdly after many tests, many different types of .com do not go through. The main ones being YAHOO.com and AOL.com.

    Can anyone help or have this problem in the past??

  • Hi cmccambridge,

    Have you checked your spam folder to make sure that they weren’t redirected there?

    If they are not in your SPAM folder, what contact form/plugin are you using?

    You may also need to contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue OR edit your email configuration to smtp
