Contact Us Page – Limiting Entry Size?

Hello @hegenberg, thank you for your reply. I will try my best to answer your question. I have not installed a specific plug-in, this Contact Us came with a stock WordPress installation and is used on a Contact Us page in the Woocommerce plugin. I use Storefront template.

On the Admin side I see these Contact Us postings under Feedback->Form responses.

If there are other way to identify the origin of the Contact Us form – please let me know what I can check.

Thanks for your confirmation that you are not using any third-party plugin for your Contact Us page and this came with a stock WordPress installation.

Since this page came up with the stock WordPress installation, it would be best to post it to the Fixing WordPress Forum as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce.

Hi @xue28,

I checked with the WordPress forum – there is no Contact Us form there. They said it most likely comes with a theme, and I do have Storefront theme installed with Woocommerce.

Further digging lead me to believe that this form comes with the Jetpack plug-in (which is used by Storefront). So I’ll check with Jetpack.

The form came with the Jetpack login, trying to get help there.
