Contact us page is not sending emails

  • Hello Guys

    My wordpress website is not sending emails/ENQUIERIES submitted on CONTACT US page but when I test SMTP connection, it is successfully delivering emails which means SMTP is fine.

    I checked the contact us page settings also everything looks fine but it is not sending enquiries to my admin email.

    So where do you guys think I might have gone wrong? please help me with this

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

    In the Mail Tabl Panel, I put same email id as suggested in that documentation and please check the screenshot below

    Hi, aura31219, I’m another Contact Form 7 user.

    I don’t see any screenshot with your settings.

    Can you please attempt to include it again?
