    I am not receiving ‘contact-us’ email notifications, instead customer inquiries are going to a ‘feedback’ folder in my dashboard that I have to check manually. I had the same problem earlier in the year with form submissions, but I figured that out on my own. This issue doesn’t seem to have an obvious solution.

    The troubleshooting link addresses issues with SENDING email. My issue is in NOT RECEIVING email.
    Furthermore, Ninja Forms support said the form I was using was called CF7 and that they don’t support that. So I deactivated it per their advice, but my site still has a form up that also only goes to Feedback without sending an email to notify me someone has filled out the contact form on my site.
    How is the problematic form CF7 if I deactivated it but it is still active on my site? And if I need to edit the existing NinjaForms contact form, what specific edits are required to make it function, as well as to replace the existing form with it?

    Looking at your ticket, there seems to be some confusion. Your site has multiple different form plugins installed: Ninja Forms, Contact Form 7 (CF7), and JetPack (Contact Form Module).

    I will reply with more, about your site specifically, via email.

    I have the same problem where the contact form is going into feedback and not email. Can you tell me what the solution was? This is driving me nuts! Thanks!
