“contact-us” inquiries going to “feedback” with no email notification

I am not receiving ‘contact-us’ email notifications, instead customer inquiries are going to a ‘feedback’ folder in my dashboard that I have to check manually. I had the same problem earlier in the year with form submissions, but I figured that out on my own. This issue doesn’t seem to have an obvious solution.
