“Contact Us” Form Issues on Website

Our “contact us” forms on the website do not forward online submissions from leads that have emails ending in “.com.” Email form submissions work for emails ending with the .ca domain and the .biz domain name. When contact us form submissions are successfully submitted they are forwarded to our business email when successfully submitted. What is the resolution to allow contact form submissions from all domain endings of emails?
