Built the Contact Us form from a Contact Form template that appears as a choice in the “New Page” option in the Spectrum Theme from Woothemes.

Do I need to install a plugin to make this work?

I’m sorry but since that is a premium theme you’ll want to check the documentation for the theme or check in with support at WooThemes:

You could also ask your host to check email logs at the time you fill out the form to see if the email is being sent from the server at all.
