    I have been trying to contact your support throughout the last week. I have purchased your product, but I keep and error on activation “The plugin does not have a valid header.” I either need an answer soon, or a refund.

    Your team should really focus on getting back to people, it feels like this project is abandoned…

    Completely understand the frustration. We’ve had some issues with our email spam filter catching people’s emails, which we’ve completely disabled for now. Happy to issue you a refund if that’s what you’re looking for.


    Regarding your error, the first few lines of the file of both the free and pro plugins should look something like this:

    If any of that information is missing, you’ll see the error you’re experiencing. The easiest way to solve this would probably be to re-download the plugin from your account on kanbanwp.com.

    None of the links from my Purchase receipt are working anymore. I can also not login into KanBan anymore. It gives me “Site cannot be reached”. At this point, I would like a refund. Which is a shame because I was excited for the plugin.

    As in the site is not loading for you at all? I’ve checked in a few different browsers and can’t replicate that behavior.

    Either way, your refund is being processed by Stripe and if you don’t see the funds back in your account already, you should in a couple days.
