Contact Link keeps looping

  • Hi everyone,

    I am a WP beginner and have just created my first simple site with WP. However, since about 2 weeks the contact link site is not working no more and keeps looping without ever popping up.

    Nothing was changed on the dashboard or anywhere else. The link contains simple text information, some graphics and a conact form. All was working fine until about 2 weeks ago, but now it seems to be impossible for me to get the contact link to display.

    Any ideas are appreciated.

    which plugins are active that are involved in the contact page or contact form.
    best guidance will be from the plugin support team for each of the plugins.

    This is not a solution but might provide a clue – if I add a # to the url your contact form seems to work (https://aviaconconsulting.com/contact-us/#)

    Tnx for your replies. I have tried to add a /# to the link but even though the link shows briefly, it keeps bouncing back and forth after a few seconds. I tried various browsers. Same result.

    Only plugins used are WPforms and also tried to edit the site with Elementor but to no avail.

    Here the WPforms link [wpforms id=”48″ title=”false” description=”false”]. Hence I have also tried to remove the link. No changes.

    I am running on empty here as far as possible solutions. No clue anymore, what goes wrong here. Any further ideas are highly appreciated.
