Contact & lead routing and auto-responder capability

I would like to send the lead notification to specific team members based on the options that are selected on the Contact 7 Form. I would also like to send a different auto-responder based on the options that are selected on your form. Does Contact 7 support the functionality that I’m defining, does my client need to upgrade to a different version to get these features?
I plan on pushing the collected data to High Rise using your existing integration.
