Contact information block on Checkout not translated

Dear Woocommerce team,

Please help to resolve the issue with not translated Email address field and Contact information block

I use classic Checkout with short codes and reviewed all the steps with Loco shared here https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#section-5. Also I see, that default translation is in place, but the issue remains.
