Contact info is not displaying, Please help!!

After clicking on a specific category > Specific listing > when I am inside an individual listing page the contact information that I set up by drag and drop in(Select or create fields for this listing type) is not displaying in the front-end.

I am getting errors like:
1.Undefined array key label
2.Array to string conversion
