Contact From 7 – Date format change

Hello,
actually the Datefield gives out the Format: YYYY-MM-DD
But i need this Date format: DD-MM-YYYY or better DD.MM.YYYY
How can i change it?
And also:
How can i change to start the Week at Monday and not at Sunday. How to change the Month names into German?
