• Having this happen on a few different sites with different themes and different contact forms.

Whether Contact Form 7 or the Forms Module in Divi if I specify the form to deliver to two different recipients only one recipient gets the email, but twice. It’s like some WP configuration doesn’t process the request to send it to the two different addresses.

Driving me nuts. Thanks for help. Don’t know if it’s a hosting issue or what.

  • In Contact Form 7, are you using the Mail 2 option or separating both addresses in the main email section? You will probably need to use the Mail 2.

    Check this out: https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/

@danieltj Hmmm. That seems to work. Not sure why I have to use that now.

So Mail (s) seems to be explained in a rather confusing manner.

“Mail (2) is an additional mail template. It is often used as an autoresponder, but you can use it for any purpose.”

Is Mail (2) simply a way to deliver an email to a second address? Or I guess it could be a slightly different body composition with different format or info.

What about other contact forms besides Contact Form 7?

    Thanks.

Yeah generally I think the Mail 2 feature is for automatic replies confirming the email was sent/received but it also doubles up as an extra way to send more emails out to someone else. I’m not sure if it was working before why it’s stopped, but at leats this works for you.
