We have an issue where the plugin is not submitting any of our Contact Forms in the latest version of Firefox PC (Firefox Developer also tested). The forms are working in Chrome (Mac + PC), Safari, Edge and Firefox (Mac).

I have looked at this link: https://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/ and contacted our server technicians. They have confirmed that there are no errors with the mailserver. I do believe that if there was a mailserver error then it would stop all browsers from submitting the data, which is not the case.

Is there any way to debug the error?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Thanks for the reply.

I have ruled out the theme (custom built) as I have a fresh install with a working form. In regards to plugins, we have a large number installed. The ones that are active on the frontend are:

    Email Address Encoder
    Smart Slider 3 Pro
    Timeline Express
    Woocommerce
    WPML + all modules
    WP Live Chat Support Pro
Yith Product Bundles + Request a Quote

I have tried disabling each of these in turn (plus others) with no effect. I’m aware that it could potentially be a plugin conflict which is why I was hoping to be able to debug it and see exactly where the error is coming from.

Had the same issue. It was related to reCaptcha v3. Turned that off and voila, it works fine.
