Contact Forms Not Working

  • I am in the process of changing the emails on my contact forms to go to my new email. However, I have changed the email on the form on my Contact page and it still sends to my old email. I also tried to create a new contact form and it wasn’t working, even after saving and updating the page.

    I believe the reason the email won’t change from sending to my old email is because the contact form isn’t working properly. Please take a look at the page https://summitforwellness.com/contact/ to see the issue.
