Contact forms not sending, wp nonce problem

My contact forms are not submitting, unless I clear the cache. After clearing the cache, they work fine for a while, but, after some time they stop working again. I’m using WP Optimize for caching and minifying.
I have read about WordPress Nonce, and I’m using automatic cache clearing after 5 hours. I thought this would solve the problem, but unfortunately the problem still exists. Can you please let me know how to solve this?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
