Contact Forms Not Delivering to Email Address

  • Hi. We are experiencing issues with our contact form submissions not being delivered to our email address. We have tested the delivery with a gmail email address and the submissions delivered for the most part. Our main email address for our business is an Outlook email address and is the one we want all of our submissions to go to and we haven’t been able to get the submissions to go to this email address ever. Need assistance.

  • In order to be able to deliver emails more securely, we recommend using an SMTP plugin. This means that outgoing emails from WordPress are sent out via an email server using a path configured by you in the plugin with SMTP authentication. This is now a safer way of delivery than sending from website hosting.
